Law of Attraction | Can the Law of Attraction give you Super Powers?

Loading

What you think, you become

What you feel, you attract

What you imagine, you create

~ Buddha

If we get to know how powerful our thoughts are, we would never think a negative thought again, our thoughts are like magnets for our destiny and this power of attracting our own destiny is called the law of attraction.

As per the  Law of attraction, you will attract things and happenings into your life whatever you focus on. Where you put your energy and give attention to will come back to you. And if you stay concentrated on the good and positive things in your life, you will attract more positive things into your life. But if you focus on negative thoughts, then you will attract more negativity into your life.

The law of attraction is a philosophy referring that our positive thoughts bring positive outcomes into our life, while negative thoughts bring negative results. The conception “Law of attraction”  is based on the belief that people and their thoughts are made from “pure energy” that can attract health, wealth, and happiness in personal relationships too. This law also recommends that people tend to attract people who are similar to them. This way it also suggests that people’s thoughts tend to attract similar results. Negative thinking is believed to attract negative happenings, while positive thinking is believed to produce fascinating episodes.

This law of attraction also tells us that removing negative things from your life can make space for more positive things to take their place. It is based on the belief that it is impossible to have a completely empty space in your mind and in your life. Since something will always be there to occupy this space, it is important to fill that space with positivity. According to the law of attraction, you create your own fate. What you focus on is what you bring into your life.

While the law of attraction may not be an instant solution for all of life’s problems but it can help you learn to acquire a more optimistic outlook on life. It may also help you to stay energized to continue working toward your goals.

By having positive thoughts and feelings and by concentrating on our dreams rather than on our frustrations, we can change the frequency of our energy, and the law of attraction brings positive things into our lives. What we attract depends on where and how we focus our attention, but we must believe as if we already got it in our life.

You are always in a state of production. You are creating your own reality in every moment of every day. You are creating your future with every single thought: it may be either consciously or subconsciously. You can’t take a pause or stop from it

Law of Attraction works as a primary key to everyone’s success. If you want to change your life, and empower yourself to create an amazing future, then you need to understand your role in the Law of Attraction.

The universe, through the Law of Attraction, will respond enthusiastically to both of these vibrations. It doesn’t decide which one is better for you, it just responds to whatever energy you are creating, and it gives you more of the same. You get back exactly what you put out there.

Whatever you are thinking and feeling at any given time is basically your request to the universe for more of the same. Remember that your energy vibrations will attract energy back to you of the same frequencies.

You can also strengthen your positive mindset by sharing your goals, dreams, and intentions with others. Spreading your positivity to your loved ones also allows you to get and give support. So, if you stay focused on the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically attract positive things into your life. On the other hand, if you are feeling tired, worried, stressed out, irritated or sad, you are sending negative energy to the universe.

The universe, through the Law of Attraction, will respond enthusiastically to both of these vibrations. , it responds exactly to whatever energy you are creating and sending, it gives you more of the same. You get back exactly what you put out there. This way you can manifest particular outcomes by creating and leaning into them.

The primary cause of suffering can never be the situation but your thoughts about it. You need to break the habit of worrying and take charge of your life by taking control of your thoughts and changes in attitude.

So it’s really important to have a watch on yourself when your emotions turn negative. You can do this by using positive self-talk, envisioning the life you want each day, working on your plan of action.

Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny.

~  C.S. Lewis

This saying comes perfectly in the case of Asha Kandara who became RAS officer from a sweeper.

Asha Kandara, the 40 years old woman from Jodhpur, got married in 1997, but her marriage did not work and she was abandoned by her husband in 2002. It took her a long time to overcome the pain of a broken marriage and then she decided to begin the course of her remaining education. Started with school level, she completed her graduation in 2016 and as she always wanted to become financially independent and bringing up her children on her own. So after getting inspired by her father( Rajendra Kandara who is a retired accountant at Food Corporation of India), she appeared for the examination without hesitation for a sweeper with Jodhpur Municipal Corporation and got success too.

According to her, she has to go through many things in these years.  If she asked for anything or demanded something, she had to hear that she is not a collector and was had to go through caste discrimination and to gender bias. She had to bear many things due to her broken marriage too.

She chooses the administrative services because she wanted to help other less privileged people like her. As per Ms. Kandara, Education is the answer, education opens the door to opportunity. She collected all the stones thrown at her by the people and built a bridge with them.

Although she had a job and a source of regular income but she didn’t stop herself at that and wanted to achieve more in life in order to walk gracefully and to give her children a better life.

So she made up her mind to become an officer, She applied for the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) but did not fit in the age criteria. But she was eligible for RAS and appeared for the same in 2018 and had to wait a long time for her result because of Covid-19.

Asha Kandara and Kinti Deora Parihar, mayor, Jodhpur Municipal Corporation.

The results of Rajasthan Administrative Services 2018 (RAS-2018) were finally announced on July 14, 2021, her name was in its merit list. Kandara’s success is the result of her hard work during tough times in her life. As an achiever, she was made to sit beside the two mayors of the city who felicitated her and wished her to be in an administrative role in the same organisation she worked as a sweeper.

Her journey is truly an inspiration for many women out there who are battling to live a better and honoured life in this society.

Loading

The way we spend our time defines who we are, it’s time management which leads some people to success and others to failure.

Life has become fast forward, competitive, and demanding today. Days appear to run away and in our mission for success, the quality of life has come down too. We spend so many hours at work and are left with no time to spend on ourselves and for our family.

We all want success and material wealth. But after knowing the importance of time management and after implementing it in our lives, we can achieve success in all fields. Time management won’t give you extra hours, it rather teaches you how to get more from the same number of hours in a day.

If once you get to know how to manage your time wisely, it can change your life forever. Good time management skills uplift your productivity and help you get additional many things done in the same time. Time management skills assist you in diminishing unnecessary stress and prioritise your time. Effective time management defines your goals and priorities and your most important tasks.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day and it can not be stretched. So, It’s important to learn how to channelize your 24 hours time so you can be productive at work, use your best potential and achieve more in life.

Time Is Money

Time is money

Time is money is a popular phrase as Time is the most valuable thing in the world, for once lost, it’s impossible to recover it again. No matter how much money you are ready to spend, but no power in this world can help you to get back the time you lost earlier. If there is a patient who is in urgent need of medical attention, he can better understand the value of time which is more valuable than money. Same way, an entrepreneur takes the fastest mode of travel to travel for a business deal to save time. This way we see that time is indeed more important than money in life.

Time will actually prove to be more valuable than money if we spend our precious time in productive actions that will make our life worthy. Time never stops for anyone, therefore to live according to time is the key to success.

From a very young age, we should teach the children the importance of time. Time management plays a significant role in life to execute plans and to achieve success. Proper use of time will help people in remaining productive and active towards their goals. It will perform as a driving force that will keep you motivated to earn more money.

 Objective Of Time Management

Objective of Time Management

The main objective of time management is always productivity—to get more done in less time. However, it’s not only just planning when you’ll work, but also understanding the best ways how to work. It is not about spending time, it is all about investing it. Being self-aware of what your work brings the greatest results, blocking out distractions, and optimizing your daily schedule to do the right work at the right time If you want to make the best out of it, you must know what’s most important and then give it your all you’ve got keeping in mind that Important work deserves your focus. So decide wisely what needs your attention because after all it’s not about having time, in fact, it’s about making time.

Be Optimistic – How to become Optimistic .?

Loading

Optimism is a magnet for happiness. If you stay positive, good things and good people will be drawn to you.  ~      Mary Lou Retton

An optimistic attitude is a process to concentrate on the good in any given situation. It can have a big impact on our physical and mental health. That doesn’t mean we ignore reality or make light of problems.

In fact, challenging situations and obstacles are part of life. When we’re facing obstacles, we should focus on the good things no matter how small or seemingly insignificant they seem.

When we`re in grief or experiencing other sufferings, sometimes staying positive may seem impossible. During these times, it’s important to take the burden off to ourselves to find the silver lining. Instead, we should channelise that energy into getting support from others.

Positive thinking isn’t about suppressing every single negative thought or emotion we have or avoiding hard feelings. In fact, The lowest points in our lives are often the ones that motivate us to move on and make positive changes in us.

When going through such a difficult time, we should try to see ourself as a friend of ours who is in need of comfort and sound advice. What would we say to them? We’d likely acknowledge their feelings and remind them how they have every right to feel sad or angry according to the situation, and then offer support with a gentle reminder that things will get better soon.

People don’t remain always optimistic or always pessimistic, but most people tend to bend toward one of these thinking patterns. The good news is, if you incline to be more pessimistic, you’re not destined to always think that way. We can all become more optimistic by adapting the way we look at the things and situations.

Having a positive attitude always proves to be a booster of happiness and motivates us to achieve our goals.  Positive thinking and optimism include reduction in stress, better psychological and physical well-being, and better-coping skills during hard times.

Optimism Helps People Succeed

If something good happens, optimists think about what they did to make the situation turn out so well. They watch their abilities as permanent, permanent parts of themselves. They think of how this good thing can bring other good things.

Optimism and pessimism are the mindsets — ways of thinking and observing things. Optimists see the positive side of everything. They expect things to turn out well in the end. They always believe that they have the skill and ability to make good things happen.

Negative thinking and many other associated feelings such as pessimism, stress, anger, frustration can cause a number of physical symptoms and increase our risk of diseases and a shortened lifespan.

When things don’t go as they expected,  then too Optimists don’t blame themselves. They see obstacles as temporary. When something goes wrong, optimists link it to a specific situation or event only, not their capabilities. Because they don’t perceive disappointments as personal failings, optimists are able to turn out back from disappointment better than pessimists.

If you’re unmotivated or feeling down or unsure about your future, take some time to think about all the good things that ever happened in your life. What are you grateful for? What inspires you? What makes you happy? Start a gratitude journal. Take 10-15 minutes each day to write down few things for which you feel grateful. By doing these you can bring the positivity out and can flip the thought process completely from being negative to positive.

Inspirational Story of a 75-Year-Old ‘Tree Teacher’ who planted 30,000 Trees

Loading

Honoured to share the story of an extraordinary man  Mr. Antaryami Sahoo from Odisha, a 75-Year-Old man known as ‘Tree Teacher’ after planting 30,000 Trees whose goal is to protect the environment and wildlife by planting thousands of trees in public areas, alongside creating awareness through handmade posters.

Antaryami Sahoo was only  11 years old when he planted his first plant..it was a banyan sapling on his school premises, as an individual effort out of his love for trees and the environment.

Since then, every year, he has planted many trees in public spaces around his village. His love for trees heightened with age, and later when he joined as a teacher in Siletpada UP school, he started motivating students there to follow the same.

During his tenure as a teacher, Antaryami planted thousands of trees in school backyards, public spaces around villages, and the roadside. he also spread awareness about wildlife preservation among the village residents. His tremendous work over the years has earned him the name Gachha sir, which means ‘tree’ in Odiya.

Antaryami travels on a bicycle carrying plants and equipment.

Antaryami is now 75 years old but works with the same spirit and passion. He always tried to plant saplings such as sal, teak, banyan, mango, Indian beal, fig, and other native species. He continues to plant trees even today and has planted over 30,000 trees now, which have been detailed area-wise.
But as Antaryami worked more for the cause, he realised that increasing greenery alone would not solve the state of the environment. Planting trees can only solve the environmental crisis. But protecting biodiversity and wildlife is equally important.

Antaryami with forest department officials and villagers for awareness.

With no means like social media to create awareness among people, he started making handmade posters with drawings of animals and trees to emphasise the significance of saving them.
He made posters of around 40 local species such as honey bees, owls, deer, ladybugs, and birds. Further, he explained that  No life can exist without honey bees. Also, people hold parrots captive for trade, so he ran a campaign ‘Not To Be Caged’. he was so determined and thoughtful about his mission, he planted trees such as date, palm, and others that serve as a safe habitat for birds and insects.

Now recently he joined Facebook and shared his posters and receive appreciation too. His posters are being liked on Facebook. He is learning to be more active on this platform.

Loading

“Self-belief and hard work always earn you success.”

This is proven in the case of Sreedhanya, a 28 years old woman from the Kurichiya tribe.

Honoured to share the story of Shreedhanya from a very poor background, beating all the odds and coming out with great success.

Sreedhanya, belonging to Wayanad, Kerala, is the first tribal woman from Kerala who has not only cleared the UPSC exam but also secured the 410th rank in her third attempt in the year 2019.

Sreedhanya Suresh, daughter of daily wage labourers Suresh and Kamala, sells bows and arrows in a local market. Since childhood, She never had access to the basic amenities or a proper house. A dripping roof and even clothes rallied instead of walls in the house do not restrain Sreedhanya from her being a good student during her schooldays. Sreedhanya and her three siblings were taken care of by her parents who mainly depended on the MNREGA scheme to make ends meet and lived in an unfinished house.

Despite all the difficulties and poverty, education remained a priority for her and this proved fruitful for the whole poor family. Sreedhanya had moved to Kozhikode to pursue her graduation in Zoology from St Joseph’s College, and then she did post-graduation from Calicut University.

After her studies, she started working as a clerk at Kerala’s Scheduled Tribes Development Department. And after that, she worked as a warden at an Adivasi hostel in Wayanad, where she got a chance to speak with Wayanad Collector Sreeram Samashiva Rao who pushed her to write the civil service exam. So she moved to Thiruvananthapuram for civil services coaching.

Sreedhanya was later selected for a face-to-face interview, which meant she had to travel to Delhi which wasn’t financially possible for her family but with the help of her great friends, who pooled in Rs. 40,000, so she could attend the interview.

Sreedhanya now wishes to inspire members of her tribal community too to aspire to become civil servants. In an interview, She said that

” She is from the most backward district in the state. There are no tribal IAS officers from there even though there is a considerably large tribal population. The number of candidates appearing for the civil service exam from Wayanad in general and tribal communities in the district, in particular, is very low. So she hopes this would urge more people to come forward.”

Sreedhanya’s hard work & commitments have made her dream come true. We congratulate Sreedhanya and her family and wish her great triumph in her chosen career.
