15 Tips to manage Stress, Depression, and Enjoy life.

  1. Live in the present. Always take time for yourself, at least 30 minutes every day.

  2. Concentrate more on solutions, not on problems.

  3. Go for daily exercise, morning walk, evening walk.

  4. Eat fresh fruits, green vegetables to keep yourself healthy and mentally fit.

  5. Laugh more, Smile more, Hug more, and don’t feel shy or afraid to share your feelings with others.

  6. Don’t make goals out of your reach.

  7. Keep your attitude positive because you become what you think.

  8. Avoid Alcohol, drugs, smoking because they affect your perception, behavior as well as health.

  9. Manage money flow, and try to save at least 10% of what you earn.

  10. Go for an outdoor tour with your family, friends, and relatives.

  11. No is only a word so don’t feel bad when you are rejected.
